We are excited to host the Delft Algorithm Programming Contest for you! Hopefully, you are as excited as we are for a day full of programming and fun! This email contains practical information about the day itself, the rules of the contest and any other information you might need. Please read it carefully.

The contest will take place on Saturday, the 26th of September in Drebbelweg (Cornelis Drebbelweg 5, 2628 CM Delft). The schedule of the day can be found further down in this post.

Also in 2026, the CHipCie will organize the Delft Algorithm Programming Contest (DAPC). This event is free for all TU Delft students. The best teams will qualify to represent the Delft University of Technology on the Benelux Algorithm Programming Contest (Leiden has not published their website for BAPC 2026 yet, check back later for an update).

The contest will take place on Saturday the 26th of September 2026. The program will be posted here on a later date.

Are you a freshman and do you want to solve puzzles in a team with your friends? Then the Freshmen Programming Contest is for you!

On the 25th of April, the annual Freshmen Programming Contest will be held. The puzzles are suited for both beginners and experts, so don’t be afraid to join! This contest is a great opportunity for you to sharpen your programming and puzzling skills!

The event lasts approximately from 10:00 until 18:00. More details will be shared with you in advance of the contest. Teams with non-freshmen members are able to join as space allows, but will be assigned to the spectator pool, meaning they do not count towards the final ranking.
